Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the staff was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service, the rooms really need some work. The location is fantastic, right at Copacabana beach, which was a major plus. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired, and the breakfast was quite mediocre. Overall, it's a great spot but it’s not quite up to par in terms of quality.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was exceptional and allowed easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. However, the room was quite small and unfortunately came with some cleanliness issues, which was disappointing. The staff were absolutely fantastic, doing their best to assist despite some setbacks. Overall, while the location is great, the room quality could use significant improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed bag. The location is unbeatable, right across from Copacabana Beach, but the room left much to be desired in terms of cleanliness and maintenance. I appreciated the friendly service from the staff, but the overall experience wasn't ideal due to some inconsistencies with housekeeping and the outdated condition of the property.
I had high hopes for my stay, but it turned out to be a mixed bag. The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Copacabana beach, but the rooms desperately need renovation and are far from what I expected. The staff, however, were really accommodating and tried their best to make things right despite the issues we encountered. Overall, I left feeling like the experience didn't quite match the price we paid.
The hotel boasts a brilliant location right across from the beach, making it convenient for enjoying the seaside. The rooms can be hit or miss, as mine was outdated and not reflective of the pictures online, but overall, the space was decent enough. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, but the dining experience left a lot to be desired with slow service. Overall, it's great for the location, but the state of the rooms and dining needs improvement.
